Conference Registration Dates

UCCSC registration opened April 23, 2008. Sign up by June 20 to take advantage of the Early Bird registration fee of $215. Registration will remain open until July 14 or until we reach our maximum of 300 attendees, whichever comes first.

Conference Costs

The costs for the conference are travel, lodging, registration, and an optional commuter meal fee.  The registration fee is $215 through June 20.  After June 20, registration is $265. The registration fee includes attendance, the Sunday evening reception and dinner, and the Monday evening dinner. 

Your registration and on-campus lodging can be paid either by credit card or by recharge. Please be aware that all recharges will be prepared in July, which applies the expense to 2008-09 funding.

Travel costs are your own responsibility.  Lodging costs are currently set and are available on our Lodging page.  If you choose on-campus housing, your breakfast and lunch cost will be included in your lodging fee.  If you choose to stay in a hotel, you have the option of purchasing a separate commuter lunch package, or using a credit card to pay at the door.
